Screen timing:
Apple has introduced ‘Screen time’ which will help you to limit your smartphone usage for a healthier balance in your life. You can set limits daily as to how much social media you will allow yourself and your phone will do its best to restrict you, however, it is completely up to your own choice. Also, you will get weekly summaries of your app usage according to individual apps.
