Fortnite Android Beta is Available Directly From Epic Game | Get Invitation Now

Fortnite no longer Samsung Exclusive

The Samsung galaxy note 9 was officially launched on Thursday, 9th August. With its launch came an announcement by Epic Games stating that Fortnite for Android is due to be launched. However, it was also announced that Fortnite would be Samsung exclusive (Samsung S7 & above and Galaxy Tab S3 & S4).

One might as well call it the shortest exclusive ever. Android users just needed to wait 3 days more (till 12th August) to gain access to Fortnite on their androids. Epic has also launched a list of compatible devices for Android users

Installing Fortnite for Android:

For those users interested, you can install Fortnite from Samsungs official Game Launcher app or from here. Also, customers pre-ordering the Galaxy Note 9 can get an exclusive advantage of receiving 15,000 V-bucks and the Fortnite Galaxy skin or AKG headphones (or both in $99).

Fortnite is available directly from Epic Games as it is not available on Google Play Store. And Android users won’t be glad to hear that even if Fortnite is no longer Samsung exclusive, you still need to have an invite from Epic Games to access it. You could try to access the game by sideloading the installer app from another source but you will still get a ‘waiting list’ message when you try to play.

Sign Up and Get Invitation from Epic Games to access Fortnite:

Users will have to sign up for an email invite from Epics website. Sign up for an invite here. Next, you will have to wait for the invite to arrive. It can take a couple of days after you sign up. The reason for this is the limited slots available for players, as the game is still in beta mode. Already available for PS4, Nintendo, Xbox, and PCs, Fortnite has garnered up to 125 million+ players and has become one of the most popular mobile game today.
