Remote Access Trojan (RAT) Virus
Let us first understand what is RAT? A Remote Access Trojan (RAT) is a malware program that includes a back door for administrative control over the target computer. PC without Admin’s knowledge. They are basically sent specifically to the target computer using E-mails and even through ads in games which attract the user. Once an R.A.T. virus is injected in the computer then the intruder(who has injected the virus into the computer) can redistribute the virus through the target PC to other computers and can establish a BOT network.
What is BOT network: Botnets are networks made up of remote-controlled computers, or “bots.” These computers have been infected with malware that allows them to be remotely controlled. Some botnets consist of hundreds of thousands — or even millions — of computers. And one of the most disadvantageous tasks of RAT virus is that if your computer is infected by this virus then it is difficult to detect the virus because it is not shown in the running tasks or in the list of running programmes. The action they perform can be similar to the results of a legitimated virus.

SMS basically stands for Short Messaging Service. This is a special kind of feature which allows you to communicate with other users without on being called. These can be sent through your PC and even with your cell phones. Functioning of SMS: basically, there is a special mac address of each and every device used in this world and this mac address is responsible for your outgoing and incoming SMS or MMS. When two devices get in touch with any medium then they store the mac address of another device. MAC stands for Media Access Control. Now when your mac address is stored by the other device then the message system tries to find the MAC address and then sent the message to that device.
